Who handles your information
ClinicHub Ireland handles information submitted through this directory. You can contact the directory team using our contact and privacy request form.
Information we collect
When you request a listing, we collect your name, email, clinic telephone, clinic name, address, county, category, services and optional website, and whether you asked about marketing help. Contact and correction forms collect the details and message you provide. We record the time of each request.
Public profiles may also contain business contact information and service details taken from the clinic's own public website. The source and date checked are shown on the profile.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, check clinic details and manage free listings.
- To correct or remove directory information when requested.
- To discuss website and marketing services only when you expressly ask us to.
- To protect the forms from spam and misuse.
We rely on your consent to handle submitted contact details and optional marketing enquiries, and on legitimate interests in operating an accurate business directory when handling publicly available clinic details. You can withdraw consent or object by contacting us.
What is public
Clinic profiles show the clinic's public name, service information, location and contact details. Your submission contact name and email are not published. Submissions are reviewed by hand before a profile is published or changed.
Storage and providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's storage service and forwarded to our inbox by email. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure the service. We do not sell submitted personal details.
Retention
Submission records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Emails about a request are kept only as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up you ask for. Published clinic profiles are kept while the listing remains relevant, or until a correction or removal request is processed.
Cookies and analytics
ClinicHub does not set advertising cookies or use visitor analytics. Links to clinic websites or maps take you to external services with their own privacy notices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, object to processing, or request restriction or portability where applicable. Use our privacy request form. We may need to verify your identity. You can also contact Ireland's Data Protection Commission about a concern.
Please keep patient information out of forms
ClinicHub is a directory, not a clinical service. Do not submit patient records, medical history or other sensitive health information. Contact the clinic directly for clinical matters.
